Bloat Happens

Bloat does happen, and we dislike it. Sometimes we overeat, or that particular female time of the month, and other times, stress throws a wrench in the digestion process. These three things can create a slowing of your system, which increases a gassy buildup that equals the bloated tummy alert.

Here are a few foods that can accelerate your digestion movement and promote the deflating of your belly.

  • Strawberries
This yummy red fruit is low in fructose and high in fiber. Strawberries can help you stay regular, which decreases your belly issues.
  • Celery
Celery is 95% water, so munching away on it helps you keep movement happening in your body’s digestion.
  • Yogurt
Yogurt is healthy bacteria that works to reduce bloating and can help you stay regular. Be sure to avoid the sugary fruit yogurt. Buy the plain yogurt and add whole fruit to it.

Other suggestions are Barley, Bananas, USDA Certified Organic CBG, Blueberries, Fennel Seeds, Cayenne Pepper, Digestive Jellies, and Ginger. These foods work to counteract the bloating belly.

Remember that dehydration is a culprit that you should also avoid because it contributes to digestion issues.

Let’s turn that bloat around with great nutrition-packed foods.
